*The day we made this tent, we had a catastrophic equipment failure that caused us to reprint each panel up to 4 to 9 times in order to get our customer his tent on a rush order.
We all worked together, and although the major loss in time, labor, ink, materials and paper had to be wasted... we made sure our customer had his tent by 3pm that day for his trade show set up.
Our company delivers. We understand that often our delivery is for an event and being late is just not an option. While some companies will tell you that can make a deadline without even bothering to check, as they are more concerned with 1) just getting the order and 2) then they just try to make the deadline, often missing it. Even if they make the deadline, the product can have major sewing and printing mistakes. Those other parties will deliver it to the customer anyway and hope he doesn’t complain.
We never do business like that. We will check and make sure you’re tent can be done in time and if for any reason (very rare), there is any problem that can’t be made perfect in time, we gladly remake at no cost, but we run production late and long if necessary to make sure our customer gets the very best and nothing less and avoid that problem all together.
The day we made this tent, our production manager said to me “We give better customer service to a $100 sale customer, than we get from our $35,000 printer manufacturer.” This is not only true, but we also treat our smallest sale customer with the same level of attention that we give our large corporate ad agencies and Franchised corporations.
Made in the USA and old fashioned customer service. We’re proud of that and we know it matters to our customers.
