Although helium customs are by far the most impressive, custom shapes do not lend themselves to regular use. In fact, giant custom shaped helium balloons are really only practical on very calm days and for special events, parades, etc. Best when you can have a few or more people each holding a tether leading up to 100 feet in the sky. They are simply not aerodynamic like a blimp, so they will pitch and dive down to the ground. Your best choice is to avoid heliums as any kind of primary advertising. Use something ground mounted, like an air dancer or rooftop balloon and even consider placing a well made wind flag out by the road. Use spheres or blimps on calm days only and after careful weather planning and only then as a secondary way to get more attention to your location.
For regular advertising, use helium spheres and blimps. These have more signage area and are designed to withstand high winds. They are also faster to manufacture and much less expensive.
