We double stitch with a 6 threaded sewing machine and we offer a 3 month material warranty and a full one year warranty on fan, art and workmanship (The strongest warranty in the industry). Our service begins with our initial contact and remains helpful and attentive from the conceptual design phase and artwork (see all of our custom photos), to monitoring deadlines and production, to the timely delivery (often for rush due dates) and we remain available and equally eager to please should you need any repairs or have any changes or warranty issues. We are always happy to send a call tag to pick up and repair units and return quickly to you, should you need anything.
LEAD TIME AND DESIGN
Your Air Dancer starts off in the art department. Our art and design team is the largest and most creative in the industry. After an initial mock up is ready, we will email it to you for your suggestions and approval. We can digitally print logos and we cut and sew all artwork onto the air dancer. No paint is used. These can not be painted. All the colors and art you see are made of cut materials sewn together, much like a dress or colorful head sail on a sail boat. Then, it’s off to one of our sewing teams, located right here in southern California. Although there are a lot of processes performed overseas in our industry, this product demands domestic material and domestic labor as the product takes a real beating. Imagine putting a silk shirt in the washing machine for 10 hours a day for 6 months, it would be similar. That is why it’s worth spending that extra $75 to get a well made unit. Delivery is ground shipping, but we can ground out your fan ahead of time and express 2 day the fabric for only $26 additional. Start to finish, you can have one in hands as fast as a week and customs in an average of 3 weeks. Rush is always an option.
